Professor Dr. Kazi Tamim Rahman is newly appointed Dean of the faculty

Upon successful completion of the two years tenure of Deanship, Professor Dr. Najmol Hasan, Department of Statistics handed over the authority to Professor Dr. Kazi Tamim Rahman, Department of Agricultural Economics.

All faculty members and associated personnel of the faculty congratulated to new Dean and forbade warm farewell to ex-Dean.

Professor Dr. Kazi Tamim Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, in his first speech, greeted and thanked all and expressed his vision toward the upliftment of the position of the faculty as well as the university in the country.  With everyones’ cooperation, Dr. Tamim believes, it is possible to make a change in the academic system and ensure a better position for our young graduates.
