The Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development (AERD) is one of the faculties of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU).
The AERD faculty offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development. It is one of the leading institutions in Bangladesh for research and education in the fields of agricultural economics, agribusiness, and rural development. The faculty is committed to producing skilled professionals and researchers who can contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Bangladesh.
The faculty has a dedicated team of experienced teachers, researchers, and staff who are committed to providing quality education and research facilities to their students.
So far till 2023, this faculty has 10 undergraduate batches since it’s inception.
