COUNTRIES OF WORK EXPERIENCE Research (Bangladesh):
Actively involved in the research team works for vegetable variety development, Vegetable Production & fruit production from 1985 to January, 1995. From 18 January, 1995 to 2009 I worked in the plant physiology section of the horticulture Research Centre, Bangladesh Agricultural Research institute, Gazipur except 2002 year. I also served as a Principal Scientific Officer and Station Incharge of Horticulture nResearch Sub-Station , Shibpur narsingdi from 2009 to 2012.
Research (Taiwan):
I had a scope to work in the plant physiology laboratory of the Asian Vegetable Research and Development Centre, Tainan, Taiwan starting from January, 2000 to 31 May, 2000. I worked on Physiology of heat tolerance and seed production in sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L ) under the direct supervision of Dr. C. G. Kuo, plant physiologiest of AVRDC, Taiwan (Certificate enclosed).
Participation in Technology Development and Transfer Activities
A good number of vegetables and spices varieties were developed and released/registered for cultivation throughout the country and I was one of the team members of scientists implicated in developing those varieties and are displayed below:

6) BARI Motor Shuti-1 | It is an open pollinated variety and the growers are interested to cultivate this variety instead of the field pea | Extension activities are strengthened |
7) Suktara and Tarapuri varieties of bringal | The F1 varieties are not too much popularized like Uttara variety | Tarapuri has got the future to be popularised |
8) Padma a watermelon variety | The variety is not exploited to the grower | Extension work and seed production programme are strengthened |
9) BARI Piaj-1 | Not much accepted by the grower | Need to be purified |
10) BARI Seem-2 | It has got popularity | |
11) BARI Motor Shuti-2 | Adoption rate by the grower is hopeful | It is a new vegetable in Bangladesh |
