Bushra Islam Binte was born on 13th August, 1995 in the district of Sirajganj of Bangladesh. She completed secondary education from Saleha Ishaque Govt. Girls High School, Sirajganj in 2011 and higher secondary education from Sirajganj Govt. College, in 2013 securing GPA 5.00 out of 5.00 in the both exam. She achieved Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Gazipur in 2017 with CGPA 3.96 out of 4.00 ranking 3rd position out of 133 students. She also received Master of Science (MS) degree in Soil Science in 2019 from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University obtaining CGPA 3.99 out of 4.00 (2nd position).
Bushra Islam Binte has joined as a Lecturer at department of Soil Science in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University on December 7, 2020 and still on the go. She is a life member of Soil Science Society of Bangladesh, Ecological Society of Bangladesh and Krishibid Institution of Bangladesh.

Conducting research focusing on physical characteristics of soil, fertilizer management and soil health improvement, soil and water conservation.
