All kinds of development projects of the university are developed by Planning & Development section of the university. After getting approval from the Syndicate, the draft of the project proposals are sent to the Government through University Grants Commission. In addition to the evaluation of development programs, the Planning & Development Section is actively involved in the implementation of the projects as well as release of fund that are allocated to the university in the annual development programs.
Procurement of scientific equipment, chemicals, vehicles, Furniture and spare parts are done by the Planning & Development Section. The Planning Committee is responsible for all sorts of development works of the university. The honorable Vice-Chancellor is the Chairman of the Planning Committee and Director (Planning & Development) serves as the Member-Secretary.
