UGC team visited BSMRAU

Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC), Member Prof. Dr.  M. Shah Nowaz Ali with 4 delegation officers visited Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) to judge the feasibility of the establishment of new faculty Agroforestry and Environment, and Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (IBGE)  at BSMRAU, Gazipur on Tuesday at 12-00 pm.

The Vice-Chancellor of BSMRAU Professor Dr. Md. Giashuddin Miah welcomed the distinguished guests at his office and discussed relating to further cooperation. Secretary, UGC; Director, Public University Management Division, Additional Director and Senior Asstt. Director same division of UGC were present at the occasion.

University Biotechnology Dept.  Prof. Dr. Md. Tofazzal Islam, Agroforestry Dept. Prof. Dr. Md. Abiar Rahman, Deans, and Registrar also present at the discussion program. At the end of the discussion the distinguished guests went around the different research laboratories, classes and research fields of the University.
