Tree Plantation begins at BSMRAU.

A tree plantation program 2019 was launched on 28 July’19 at 10-00 am at the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU). Professor Dr. Md. Giashuddin Miah, Vice-Chancellor, BSMRAU inaugurated the program as the chief guest by planting a sapling of Mango tree at the University Faculty of Fisheries building premises. Treasurer Prof. Tofayel Ahamed was present as special guest. The program presided over by Prof. Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman and convener of the tree plantation committee of BSMRAU. Students, faculty members, officers & employees of the University were present at the inaugural function. Earlier a rally was brought out at the campus to mark the occasion.
