The orientation program of Autumn Term 2019 held today (21 July’19) at the University auditorium.

The orientation program of Autumn Term 2019 of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) for the MS & PhD students was held today (21 July’19) at the University auditorium. Prof. Dr. Md. Giashuddin Miah, Vice-Chancellor of the University was present as chief guest and Treasurer of the University Prof. Tofayel Ahamed was present as special guest and they were addressed the audience and welcomed the newly admitted students. The Vice-Chancellor congratulated the newly admitted students and iterated that now is the best time to implement the goals and objectives. He urged the students to prepare themselves through hard work and diligence for the competitive world. He also urged the students to be more attentive and devoted and strictly follow the university’s academic calendar to successfully play their role in the community. He wished them a brighter future. The program was chaired by Prof. Dr. Md. Khurshed Alam Bhuiyan Director (Students Welfare).

The program was also addressed by Dean, Graduate Studies Prof. Dr. Jalal Uddin Ahmed, Proctor Dr. Md. Arifur Rahman Khan, Provost, Dr. Imrul Kayesh, Provost Dr. Farhana Haque, and Registrar Md. Shirajul Islam Talukder. Directors, newly admitted students, faculty members and related officers-employees were present the program.
