Research Project: Characterization of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated from subclinical mastitic bovine milk samples, funded by BSMRAU-UGC (RMC), Bangladesh.

Co-Principal Investigator: Dr. Md. Robiul Karim, Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine, BSMRAU, Gazipur.

2. July 2016 – June 2017: Principal Investigator

Research Project: Prevalence and antibiogram profile of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from milk samples of lactating cows with subclinical mastitis, funded by BSMRAU-UGC (RMC), Bangladesh.

Co-Principal Investigator: Dr. Md. Golam Haider, Associate Professor, Department of Pathobiology, BSMRAU, Gazipur.

3. July 2018 – June 2019: Co-Principal Investigator

Research Project: Molecular exploration of infection status and zoonotic significance of Enterocytozoon bieneusi in calves and children in Bangladesh, funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh.

4. July 2017 – June 2018: Co-Principal Investigator

Research Project: Molecular investigation of natural infection and potential zoonotic transmission of Cryptosporidium, Giardia and Enterocytozoon in captive mammalian wild life at Bangladesh national zoo, funded by University Grant Commission, Bangladesh.

5. July 2017 – June 2018: Co-Principal Investigator

Research Project: Molecular survey for bio-control agents, Wolbachia and phage WO in Aedes mosquitoes in Dhaka city, funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh.
