Attested photocopy of valid Trade License of current fiscal year, VAT registration, TIN, Bank solvency certificate should be submitted.
Earnest money is to be deposited with the Tenders as pay order form in any schedule Bank in favour of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU). Otherwise, Tender will not be considered as genuine.
Quoted rate is to be written in figure and in words and only two digits are to be used after the decimal point.
Selected contractor will have to deposit performance guarantee @ Tk. 10% (Ten percent) of quoted amount before signing of the contract.
Tenderer will have to obey all terms of the Public Procurement Rules-2008.
Tenderers should study all the terms of Tender and then must sign every page of the schedule.
Authority reserves the rights to accept or reject Full/Part of any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
