The Department of Microbiology and Public Health (MPH) belongs to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science. Currently the department is offering seven courses at under graduate level. Name and codes of the courses are Animal Hygiene and Bio-security-MPH 101, General Microbiology– MPH 161, Systemic Bacteriology and Mycology-MPH 231, Virology-MPH 261, Immunology, Serology and Molecular Techniques-MPH 301, Dairy Microbiology and Food Hygiene-MPH 431, Public Health and Zoonoses-MPH 501.
We have also planned to offer numerous advanced courses of microbiology for graduate level students.
