02. | Epidemiology and molecular characterization of important intestinal zoonotic protozoan parasites in domestic pigs and their handlers in Rangamati Hill District | 1. To estimate the prevalence and identify the risk factors of Cryptosporidium ssp., Giardia duodenalis, Enterocytozoon bieneusi and Blastocystis sp. in pigs and their handlers in Rangamati Hill District.

2. To determine the possible reasons of poaching, trading and trafficking of wildlife. 3. To identify the specific pathogens of the zoonoses with their molecular characteristics. 4. To explore the genetic diversity and zoonotic potential of the pathogens from trafficked wildlife. 5.
