LoA Signed Between BSMRAU and Maverick Innovation for Joint Research and Innovation.
A letter Of Agreement (LoA) has been signed between the Bangabangdhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) and Maverick Innovation, an organization engaged in activities related to environment, aquaculture, research, and innovation with the aim of fostering mutual collaboration in education and research. The signing ceremony took place today, December 30 (Monday) at 12:00 PM in the university’s Academic Conference Room organized by the Faculty of Fisheries. The Chief Guest of the event was Professor Dr. GKM Mustafizur Rahman Vice-Chancellor of BSMRAU. The special guests included Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. M. Moynul Haque, Treasurer Professor Dr. Md. Safiul Islam Afrad, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Professor Dr. Murshida Khan, Director (Research) Professor Dr. Md. Moshiul Islam and Dr. Kabir Chowdhury Founder and CEO of Maverick Innovation (Gazipur). The event was chaired by Professor Dr. Md. Amzad Hossain, Director (International Affairs) and attended by various Deans, Directors, faculty members and Registrar Md. Abdullah Mridha. In his speech after the signing ceremony the Vice-Chancellor expressed that the partnership with Maverick Innovation marks a groundbreaking step. He emphasized that as a research-oriented institution working together with Maverick Innovation will elevate the university’s research activities to new heights. The Vice-Chancellor also reaffirmed BSMRAU’s commitment to welcoming any educational and research-based collaborations aimed at the continuous success of the university. On the other hand, Dr. Kabir Chowdhury, CEO of Maverick Innovation stated that collaborating with BSMRAU will enhance the quality of any production-oriented research activities. The partnership is expected to foster significant advancements in research and innovation in agriculture and related fields.
