International Research Collaboration:

1. Prof. Rahman is involved in a collaborative research program ‘GCRF South Asian Nitrogen Hub (SANH) Project’ – A Coordinated project among South Asian Countries and United Kingdom for the duration of 2019-2024. Serving as a Country Lead, and Principal Investigator of BSMRAU component of Bangladesh (RPO 21) and also co-lead the Work Package (WP) 1.4 – Development of guidance/tools for practitioners, while the Hub is Coordinated by the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (CEH), Scotland, UK.
2. Involved in the Towards INMS project – International Nitrogen Management Systems (INMS) is a Global Environment Facility (GEF) funded Research project for the duration 2017-2021. Serving as a Co-Investigator in the South Asian Demo Site.

3.  Serving as a National Soil Doctor Trainer at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations under the ‘Sustainable soil management for nutrition-sensitive agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia’ project funded by Federal Republic of Germany.
