Dr. Gupta has specialization in Cell signaling, Fungal genetics, Biological control of plant diseases. Her current research focusing on molecular characterization of some important plant pathogens including Magnaporthe Oryzae, Colletrotichum Spp., Fusarium Spp. Beside this she is also interested in to explore plant probiotic bacteria from nature that have multifunction in plant growth promotion.
