Aquatic Ecology; In situ observation of estuarine, bay, and coastal processes; numerical modeling (FVCOM) of estuarine, bay, and coastal hydrodynamic processes; Limnology; water quality modeling (MOHID) for estuary and coastal system.
Technical Experiences
Experience in numerical modeling (FVCOM), MOHID water Modeling System and model outputs to interpret oceanographic processes, basic knowledge on ROMs and knowledge on programming R, SPSS (version 18 and 25), Fortran, graphics (Matlab), Grapher (2D) and Surfer (3D).
