Board of Studies
The Board of Studies (BoS) is a small, powerful unit that deals with the academic scope of a department. The head of the department is the Chair of BoS, and faculty members are the members of the unit. A renowned expert from anywhere in the country other than the institution itself is listed as an expert member of the Board of Studies.
The recommendations from BoS is presented at the Academic Council of the University for further consideration.
