Orientation of MS & PhD program Autumn-2017 held at BSMRAU

The orientation program of Autumn Term 2017 of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) for the MS and PhD students was held today (03 July’17) at the University auditorium. Prof. Dr. Md. Giashuddin Miah, Vice-Chancellor of the University was present as chief guest and he was addressed the audience. In his speech, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Giashuddin welcomed the newly admitted students and urged them to be sincere and studious to gain the excellent knowledge. Vice-Chancellor said, this is the best time to build your future career, and it needs to be done with good research and better publications. The vice-chancellor also said that this is the center of excellence in higher education and it always depends on the performance of the students.

The program was chaired by Director (Students Welfare) Prof. Dr. Md. Ruhul Amin. Registrar (Additional Duty) of the University Syed Zahurul Amin, Proctor, Prof. Md. Roshidul Hasan, Provost, Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Hall Dr. Emrul Kayesh also spoke on the occasion. Newly admitted students, faculty members and related officers-employees were present at that time.
