BSMRAU celebrates Victory day

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) observed the Victory day with due respects and solemnity and festive mode at the University campus. To mark the day an elaborated program also chalked out on 16 December’15. The programs were: hoisting the national flag and march past at dawn, offering floral wreath at the University’s Bangabandhu’s Mural and Joy Bangla sculpture, Children’s art competition, sports and short film show. Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbubar Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of the University placed floral wreaths. Then Faculty members, Students-teachers of different halls, Gonotantrik Officers Parishad and Employees association also placed wreaths. A victory day rally also came out at the University campus to mark the day with participating students, teachers and employees of the University.

The program was concluded following a special prayer at the University central Mosque after Zhor prayer.
